After our preliminary review, we’ll notify you if your request aligns with our funding criteria. If approved, you can provide additional documents—like a pitch deck or business plan—so we can better understand your company’s goals, market strategy, and growth potential.

Step 3 : Evaluation of Opportunities

Our internal due diligence process includes reviewing your proposal’s financials, market analysis, and operational plans. We may request further documentation or schedule phone calls/video conferences to discuss details. This thorough evaluation helps us ensure we’re the right funding partner for your business.

Step 4 : Connect & Negotiate

When we see a strong fit, we’ll schedule a call or meeting to discuss deal structure, timelines, and any outstanding questions. If both parties decide to proceed, we’ll move into formal negotiations, finalize deal terms, and begin preparing the necessary agreements.
